Every player demonstrated the growth they have made throughout the season with some players playing their very first festival!
Teamwork, tagging, passing and tries galore! True sporting spirit was observed with very proud parents & coaches cheering the teams on!

Under 8’s - Chichester
Under 8s travelled to Chichester for their sussex festival today.

The long drive did not affect their energy.
The team was strong from start to finish, a strong line and hunger for tags meant the team achieved a high number of turnovers.

Massive smiles and teamwork from our under 8 legends today who deffinately set the standard.
Well done team we are so proud of you ?

Under 9’s - Crowborough
Our U9’s travelled with two teams to Crowborough for this years Sussex Festival.

With two strong teams we saw the best rugby yet from our hardworking players. Aside from a few early injuries, our teams worked hard to make big hits and bring smiles to the pitch. The best compliment from the day being from Guernsey who told us it was “clear you play as friends, not just random teammates”.

Under 10’s - Lewes
The under 10s took one squad to sunny Lewes for our Sussex festival.
Four games against well drilled, high quality teams were to follow but standing strong with some of the best team work, as always with this squad, our 10s prevailed.
Every player gave it their all and didn’t back down.

Special mention to Fred in his first ever festival making some heavy hits and strong runs, and also to Arlo for putting his body on the line in every ruck, maul, tackle and anything else he could get involved in!

Under 11’s - Horsham
The Under 11’s took a squad of 14 to the festival at Horsham. For half of them this was
their first rugby season and festival.

Over their three games all the players showed
determination and pride in their team and enjoyment of the game. The highlight was to win convincingly over Bognor, supported noisily and vigorously by parents family and the
coaches. The performance bodes well for the future of this group of players
